Annmarie Fairweather is an experienced Human Resources Leader with over thirty years of knowledge. She has collaborated with executives from diverse industries in order to enhance the business results, especially in times of rapid growth. Annmarie was a consultant to help translate the corporate and people strategies into goals, strategic plans as well as enterprise-wide goals through performance and organizational management including employee participation and change. She is passionate about learning and sees management and team building as her most valuable asset. Annmarie has been working with Fortune 500 companies and small to midsize companies, building leadership and coaches with evidence-based success. The experience has helped to create organizational cultures which embodied innovative learning practices and the ability to change. Annmarie, who has a commitment to helping Learning Ally in its mission, also devotes her free time supporting different non-profit organizations. Annmarie has been a part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee which is a committee that aims to help women develop as leaders. Additionally, she provides education to the Hospitality Healthcare Network in North America.
