Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is an athlete who competes. Ariel Khadr began her fitness show career when she was just 16 years old, and she gave up the sport of gymnastics. After a year, she received her Pro Card when she was 17. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. At 16, she started taking part in fitness events after she quit gymnastics. In the year 17 she was awarded her Professional Card within a year. She became the oldest IFBB Pro ever. After she earned her Pro Card, Ariel took six years off the stage in order to complete her university education. The year 2015 saw her continue her path from last year by competing in high profile contests as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She competed throughout the years following her debut show setting higher expectations for herself each year. By the time 2009 ended she was the winner of several fitness awards. In addition, the 2009. NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champions made her one of one of the youngest Fitness Professionals from IFBB to ever be a part of history. Ariel took her first six years in competition to get her college diploma. She made a comeback in the month of October, 2015 when she made her debut IFBB Fitness Pro at The 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. In the competition, she finished third. In June of 2016, she took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and as a result - qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, she competed onstage at the Olympia, where she took 6th place for The Fitness Division. She had no expectations before the competition. Ariel states that she was more than happy of her performance. Ariel had to compete against some of the most skilled athletes. Ariel has improved her physique each year. Ariel is a fan of working her back. She usually does bent-over rows, single arm lats pull-downs (on the machine) as well as pull-ups, and sitting rowing. The warm-up phase is typically done before an actual workout. Ariel is the most efficient use of her limited time. Her routine for back exercises is comprised of 3 or more supersets comprised of between 10 and 12 reps.
